Alan Turing: The Stamp

    When I first saw it I thought it was a bit shitty/suspect not having Turing himself on the stamp, but I think it's appropriate to have the Bombe machine to represent him and his work/life, in a way (and in some ways makes it more moving) - and the stamp itself is beautiful imo. I'm going to buy several when they come out next month...

    Er, that's the card the stamp comes on... the stamp itself is the square picture of the Bombe machine in the bottom left corner. You know, the bit that ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE A STAMP!?
    WAKE UP!!!

    PS - I'm not sure if that's the final thing as it appears to say he was a "WW1 code breaker".
