Daily Telegraph: Always A Bridesmaid

Things have come to a pretty pass when even the Telegraph's lead cartoonist is mocking them.
Today's insane leader column; "Proposals to impose a “mansion tax” on high-value properties, to withdraw child benefit from higher-rate tax payers, and to legislate for gay marriage have a unifying theme. They all risk undermining the traditional family."
Oh do fuck off.
There seems to be a play-off over gay marriage between The Times (pro) and The Telegraph (anti).
Both papers are trying to chase a younger, metropolitan readership, so why the Telegraph is alienating them with Colonel Blimp crap like this is quite baffling.
If you must read the latter paper, please write in and let them know you think they're wrong.

Update: Former Express editor, Peter Hill,  comes out for gay marriage. Blimey!
Shame he blows it all with the last lines;
"And perhaps if gays are given the same rights as everyone else they will stop moaning and get on with real life.
"It will be a glad day when people no longer think it necessary to bleat about their precious sexuality."
BAHH!
