Ian Brady: Gay Martyr - The Movie

Ian Brady has been incarcerated in a British jail for almost 50 years.
Why?
Just because he is gay!
He expressed his love to his male lovers, John Kilbride, Keith Bennett and Edward Evans, by raping them, then killing them.
Is that a crime?
Do we live in Iran???
Anyway I am crowdsourcing to try and get gay people who are even more stupid than me to give me loads of money to make a stupid film.
Then I'll make one about those Iranian men who raped a kid - because I care.
I may be stupid, prone to sentimentality and hysteria, and not check facts, but I care.
I really, really care.

PS Maybe some people, NGOs, and charities have a vested commercial interest in making homophobia in other countries seem far worse than it is.
Even knowingly lying about peoples' deaths.
And rapes.
Classy.
You might also want to think about how racism, neo-Imperialism and Orientalism factor in this.
Just a thought.

    1. Not as weird as people who do sanctify child rapists.

    2. First they were accused of sex with each other. Then word got out internationally.
Then after a few days they were accused of raping a child.

      You do the maths.

    3. That's just not true.
Peter Tatchell put out a press release saying they were accused of just having gay sex - they weren't.
No one had ever said this.
PT then started the fiction that Iran had changed the story.
It's one of the biggest lie-dreams of modern times.
      Anyone for hegemony?

  3. Iran has a first class record on all human rights issues with the teensy-weensy exception that child rapists are executed. Now you can all fuck off and leave Iran alone.

  4. Really really caring is no substitute for sound judgement. You've overstepped the mark with this one.

  5. There are NO homosexuals in Iran, so the men were obviously executed for something else, maybe child rape.

Ahmadinejad says the Holocaust is a lie based on an unprovable and mythical claim.

    1. And you are fluent in Farsi and have these interviews on record, yes?
Still, if you read it in a paper, it must be true, yes?

  6. In Iran we don't have homosexuals:

  7. You know the situation is fucked in so many ways when suggesting caution and asking people to seek the facts and question stuff themselves is itself met with anger.

  8. Fagburn, you have lost the plot, lost the argument and fast losing that strong support you initially had.

You are like Everett screaming from the rooftops of Bedlam.

Sad to see the decline of a personality through paranoia and hating the rest of the world.

    Try Mindfulness and find peace.

  9. PS I'm not sure how trying to point out when people are lying means I've "lost the plot".
But such are the spectacular achievements of hegemony.
What a world! What a world!

  10. It's about picking the right arguments buddy, not fighting every argument. That fast looks like ranting.

And retrace your steps on this argument!

    1. Okay.

It's a blog, though - what do you expect but mad ranting?

I am right about Iran though, not through smugness, just on those fact things.

  12. Thank you for blogging about this, Fagburn. This film will be a shoo-in for a grant from the Arts Council. I lost out on lottery funding to Haram Iran, the play based upon the hanging of two Iranian teenagers, in 2010. The play has never been staged in the UK, but it gets the liberals' panties wet.
