Daily Telegraph: Crap

Public lavatories to become 'gender neutral'
A city council has scrapped male and female public lavatories in favour of “gender neutral” facilities so as not to alienate the transgender community.

The Daily Telegraph.

The only thing wrong with the above is that it's not true.
But apart from that...
The story is: One toilet in the village of Rottingdean - which is being built by the parish council, not Brighton, who are part-funding it - will have unisex cubicles for reasons of economics - no more, no less, no "politically correct agenda".
This is now quite common nationally - for reasons of cost and... convenience.
You may have noticed that no-one seems to mind.
Could you not have phoned Brighton Council and checked?
And, to paraphrase Mr Wilde, anyone who calls a toilet a "lavatory" should be compelled to use one.

Update: Daily Mail reader comment after their story on this...
