They were one of our fave showbiz couples, but 3am can reveal that Clean Bandit’s Neil Amin-Smith and Years & Years singer Olly Alexander are on a break. Sad face.

The pair had been dating for eight months after meeting on the gigging circuit and, for a while, couldn’t stop gushing about each other.

However, we hear that the pressure of being in two hugely successful bands and touring all the time has put a strain on their relationship.

With both groups regularly in different countries Olly and Neil, both 25, have found it increasingly hard to see each other.

A source tells 3am: “Neil is a bit gutted but is hanging out with friends. The couple definitely still have feelings for each other but both think they are too young to deal with the pressure. Instead, they’re enjoying being single pop stars.”
