Then there is the whole 'Huffington Post' model of expecting people to want to write for free, but there are few unpaid jobs in the media world whose non-cash rewards are justified quite like these editorial posts from Christian organisation WEC [Worldwide Evangelisation For Christ].
Each ad includes the line:

"This position is non-salaried as all WEC personnel look to God to provide their personal needs."
