Daily Express: Kids Today!!!
The Daily Express only got round yesterday to writing about that YouGov silly 'survey' that had 1 in 2 young people saying they were not 100% heterosexual.
The Express online attracts few readers' comments - possibly because so many of their readers will have no truck with those new-fangled computing machines.
But this one sent them fucking BALLISTIC!
Here's a top 10 from the first page...
Problem. Nobody seems satisfied with ONE FINGER IN ONE PIE. WE HAVE TO HAVE IT ALL. ITS MY RIGHT. BLAME THE NANNY STATE.
Just a poll informing people that abnormal is now the norm, Whats next having sex with animals must be close.
A damning indictment of their education by PC leftists.
What a load of left wing pc crap trying to normalize genetic misfits.
The reason we keep reading this rubbish and seeing it on the telly, no one is championing everyday people. As soon as you disagree you are vilified by these nasty heterophobs. Even if you try to fight back you are slandered on social media. People are not able to stand up for themselves they are being brow beaten into submission hence why most people won't get involved... Sick time we live in.
Total pile of cr#p!!!!! the pooftas are playing god again!!!!!
Looks like the endless gay propaganda is having its desired effect.
Just remember folks all these kiddyfiddlers of young boys are gay so their not quite as cute as they like to portray themselves.and this will only confirm what the rest of the world thinks of British males.
Gosh, the 'GAY LOBBY' have been bust havn't they!. Who else but them would have been remotely interested in a survey guaranteed to undermine heterosexuals?
What is this garbage? Not satisfied with the destruction of our nation via immigration we now want to turn everyone into the opposite of what they really are?
Take that heterophobs!

Daily Express: Playing The Gay Card
Playing the gay card!!??
Whoever uses this silly phrase is inevitably going to play the anti-gay bigot card.
Yes, it could only be the Daily Express.
And their readers sure ain't happy...
It's interesting to speculate whether he would have so strenuously resisted deportation if it was either that or the death penalty. I think he's have been clamouring to go back. Borderer1951
During my time in the Forces (left in 1972), there were two Court Martials for two sets of 'gay' men, and I use this term lightly. Many former squaddies of my generation would now be classed as 'homophobic', but we are not allowed to have an opinion any more, are we. retired voter.
THERE MUST BE MORE MURDERERS, PEODOS,TERRORISTS WALKING OUR STREETS THAN THERE IS POLICE. THIS COUNTRY IS AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASMENT Truthwillout.
Theres an easy test for people who find others attractive. Shown this supposedly gay man a picture of a very attractive naked man.If his pupils get bigger he's gay if they don't he's not. You cannot fake that! Brian The Hedgehog.

Sunday Express: Questions To Which The Answer Is No (Unfortunately)
Sunday Express.
The Express' columnists - from Ann Widdecombe to Frederick Forsyth - always read like Craig Brown parodies.
Update: Another question to which the answer is no - from next week's Big Issue.
The highly respected British Social Attitudes Survey estimates that roughly half of the population professes no religion, and places Anglicans at an all-time low of 20%, with Catholics and other Christians at 9% and 17% respectively. With only 14% of religious people attending services every week, and religious groups and leaders topping a 2006 Ipsos MORI poll of which domestic groups have too much influence in society, on what grounds are the Prime Minister and Communities Secretary possibly basing their claims?

The Bulls: From The Daily Express Message Boards
A CHRISTIAN couple who refused to let two gay men share a bed at their bed and breakfast guest house yesterday lost an appeal against paying them thousands of pounds damages.
What kind of freedom is it if you can't decide if you let someone stay in your house or not? Going around naked doesn't do anybody no harm, and yet you get fined for it. What kind of justices is this??
If someone demanded on my dear grandmother to watch something like that... Have you no decency at all???
Gay minorities win again, when are these tree hugging greenies going to give up and leave "normal" people alone with their own beliefs???
I thought we were a Christian Nation why are the traitors authorites always picking on Christians, I wonder what will happen when a Muslim does the same thing. I feel deeply sorry for the two Christians it is their proberty and not that useless judge. An Englishmans home is not his home any longer we live in a dictatorship and I am sure the two gays knew what they werer doing in the beginning.
I suppose we will have to wait until this country is a Muslim caliphate, not long now:)
I believe that when we vote in morally corrupt political parties namely the CON/LAB/LIBDEM sham who continue to undermine our country's Christian beliefs and values, this is the inevitable outcome.
It was a disgrace to watch the speed of Westminster in adopting dare I say "Gay Marriages." This says it all. I would never attempt to judge a Gay person but that doesn't excuse me from knowing that certain elements of their lifestyles to be an abomination. This country has lost its moral compass. That is why I urge you all to vote UKIP as the only way back for our nation.
What an absolute disgrace that we are now having marxist political doctrine enforced upon us. This isn't what our ancestors gave their lives for.
In the British Navy circa 1500 there was a punishment for homosexual acts. The punishment read 'for unlawful carnal knowledge'. The punishment was the 'cat of nine tails'. Probably good.I always think that the human race would not have got very far if everyone was homosexual.I also think that when two guys adopt a baby the impression that is given when he grows and sees two homosexuals in bed is not good.. Lastly. These are not 'gay' men. They are Homosexuals. It is not right to usurp the term meaning happy.
Communism at it's best!
You WILL accept perverts as part of everyday life and you WILL be punished if you even attempt to resist your Marxist rulers, both in the UK and in Brussels !
No, sorry, the vast majority of normal people will NOT accept it, and I would refuse to pay the fine.
Nothing to do with Christains who wants shirt lifters staying in their guest house. Its their place they should have the right who they accomodate
I'm convinced the only reason this pair booked into that particular bed and breakfast was because they'd already been told about the owners' policy on married couples and were just out to cause trouble
I hope they are pleased with the results of their actions.
Jesus is still Lord no matter what the government or society does, and His word stands for eternity, whether we would like to change it or not. I feel for the guys who may have no idea what will hit them on judgement day after death. Like all of us, they need to repent of their sins before it is too late.
If they don't want 'chutney ferrets' in their B and B they should have the right to say so. How I hate having to live in PC world.
Tell this gay couple who are probably habitual 'how can I be offended today pc morons' and the judge to go to hell. And if they are sent to prison then that is religious persecution!
two sodomists cashing in! Homosexuality will be compulsory if the Eton Elite get their way!

The Sun: We Will Bury You!
Gambo, you are the quarry!
What a bloody country.
"If we was smart we'd emigrate..."
"What I want to suggest is most emphatically not that the problem of paedophilia does not exist, but that as a society we have become unhealthily obsessed by it. A kind of madness is gripping our age: I felt that as I pictured the terrified Bijan Ebrahimi, the crowd chanting “paedo, paedo” outside his flat, and nobody daring to try to protect him. And this in my own country.
"It has reached a stage when (as a friend ruefully observed recently) “I caught, without context, the name of a once-well-known 20th-century broadcaster on the news the other day, and found myself thinking: “Dead or Yew Tree?” I worry nowadays even about smiling at children on trains."
Matthew Parris writing in The Times today on our new witch hunts and witch trials.
Parris's article must have been filed before he heard about Gambaccini, but sadly, in our current climate of hysteria, would be apposite any day it was published.

Civil Partnerships: "Divorcing"
THE number of gay couples “divorcing” has soared as the seven-year itch hits civil partnerships. Following a boom in 2006 after the ceremonies were introduced, the past year has seen a 20 per cent rise in split-ups.
The rate of dissolutions in England and Wales rose from 663 in 2011 to 794 last year. The number of new UK civil partnerships was also up to 7,037, a 3.6 per cent rise on 2011. This compares with a peak of 9,648 in 2006.
Alison Hawes, a family lawyer at Irwin Mitchell, said: “It’s expected that these relationships will follow the general trends of heterosexual marriage and divorce.
“It is a common generalisation that there is a seven-year itch when relationships supposedly become more difficult. The statistics show that the first 10 years are the most vulnerable in a marriage, and the same seems to be true of civil partnerships.”
Mirroring heterosexual divorces, women were most likely to opt for splitting, with almost six out of 10 dissolutions involving lesbian couples, according to figures from the Office for National Statistics. Since civil partnerships were introduced, a total of 60,454 gay and lesbian couples have opted to form one...

Most of the nationals went for this angle - the rise in dissolutions.

Though surely much of this can be accounted for by the simple fact that civil partnerships have only been going seven years, and the more that there are, the more "divorces" there will be.
[Fagburn was crap at maths at school, so if any boffins out there think I've felched this up, please let me know].
[Edit: The Times noted more soberly on Thursday, the rise "is no surprise and mirrors the general trends in divorce, with couples being most vulnerable in their first ten years of marriage, family lawyers said this week"].
The Independent emphasised; Lesbian couples twice as likely as gay men to end civil partnerships...

But that did let them illustrate it with a photo of two fruity lesbians snogging...
Gay Star News managed to spin it into good news; UK gay civil partner rates hint marriage will be a hit.
Which is equally valid, I guess.
(Though, for the record, the original government estimates in 2003 for people who'd be living in civil partnerships by 2050 was 850,000, admittedly pretty daft, it was later downgraded to about 90,000, which GSN cite - so their line about the current rates "soaring far beyond original government expectations" isn't strictly true).

And well done to the taboo-busting Express for illustrating their story with the photo above of two fellas together in a bed.
Two fellas!!! IN A BED!
Thankfully they managed to find one in the stock photo library where they're both wearing t-shirts, lest we all become driven wild by disgust and/or desire.

Their four (4) readers' comments say, in full; "Weirdos", "Stomach churning", "They probably realise that it's a bit weird and it's about time they should get a proper boyfriend/girlfriend" and, "There is no such thing as same sex marriage and to say there is, is preposterous."
So now you know.

Gay Marriage: The Root Cause Of Anarchy
Perhaps a (double) first today as the Daily Express celebrates France's first gay marriage with a photo of two fellas kissing!
But are the readers happy?
ARE THEY BUGGERY!
"It is right those in same-gender relationships are no longer victims of over-zealous law enforcement and blackmail; but are we ready for this in-your-face homo-eroticism, and desecration holy matrimony??? Politicians have become willing puppets in thumbing their noses at what is decent and respectable; and they are becoming bolder in their contempt. It is high time we started identifying the root causes of this anarchy" - Ekimwar.
Vous ne pourriez pas le faire jusqu'Ã etc etc.
Update: 'France is marching against markets, not homosexuality' - Financial Times. Worth reading, but concludes with l'anicinne "it's an out-of-touch political elite" line.

Daily Express: Banging!
So much has been written about gay marriage in the newspapers over the last few days, Fagburn has rather cruelly neglected the Daily Express.
If you're not familiar with the Express, try and imagine if the Daily Mail were even shitter.
As you can see from the above ever so slightly hyperbolic leader teaser - rather challengingly, the whole thing's five sentences long - they're not keen.
"Banging on about gay weddings will hardly impress voters who cannot afford their heating bills," they warn.
Thankfully, the Express has been banging away about it like nobody's business all week.
In fact, it's hard to know where to begin - so I won't bother.
I will just leave you with the wise words of this article...

Ann Widdecombe: Disturbing
THERE is a disturbing echo in the debate over redefining marriage of the back-to-basics campaign in the Nineties whereby anybody who had ever erred but who defended traditional morality had their private lives exposed even if the events had occurred years earlier. It is bad enough for a gay MP to be subject to death threats because he has come out against Cameron’s proposals* but at least that is easy to dismiss as extreme.
It is different when a married MP, who says in an interview that he believes the current definition of marriage sacrosanct, finds he is then the subject of a two-page spread of recollections in a newspaper, by an ex-mistress whose affair with him ended 12 years ago.
The signal being sent is that anyone who dares speak out will be pilloried with any past indiscretion.
The logic of this is faulty. For example does it mean that anybody who has ever broken the speed limit cannot take a view about road safety?
If a Christian breaks a commandment is he any less a Christian? Do I have to be married in order to defend my view that married couples should have special tax reliefs?
Is an adulterer who chooses to stay with his wife rather than his mistress and is thereafter faithful not an upholder rather than destroyer of marriage?
MPs must be brave in the face of such attacks and defend a definition of marriage that has survived for millennia and is common across the globe.
Ann Widdecombe - Fagburn's favourite columnist - in the Daily Express.
She writes of one Bob Blackman MP, who was outed by his ex-mistress in the Daily Mail on Saturday; Sanctity of marriage? After eleven years in my bed, he's one to talk.
To which the only response has to be; "Ha ha!"

Ms Widdecombe may take a pick 'n' mix approach to the teachings of the Bible, but Fagburn for one does not.
The good book is quite clear about this, and I'm afraid your good friend Mr Blackman must be put to death forthwith [Deuteronomy 22:22].

Sunday Express: "David Cameron Has A Big Gay Following"
I think that civil partnerships or marriage should
be as fully available to homosexuals as they are to heterosexuals and I
am glad that the attitude towards homosexuals has changed for the better
since the days of Oscar Wilde and his Ballad Of Reading Gaol.
Yet during my 63 years in show business and
broadcasting I have worked on programmes with homosexuals and never
heard any of them raise what, thanks to the Prime Minister, now appears
to have become a highly controversial subject...
Jimmy Young, Sunday Express - one of the few newspaper columnists who lived through the Wilde trials.
Some of his best former colleagues were homosexuals etc.
Not sure where they got that amusing photocaption from, can't think of any gayer that can stick him, gay marriage advocate or no.
The Express has gone into full on attack mode on this in the last week.
Can't be arsed to contest their bigoted daftness blow by blow, but here's the ever hilarious Ann Widdecombe.
Fair dos - a rare article on gay marriage not illustrated by cake-toppers, or men's hands etc but an actual couple.
I bet she puked.
I bet she puked.

Censored Thought For The Day: Ann Widdecombe
"It is ironic that at the height of the Cold War,
Communists could get together in this country, could stand for
Parliament and could distribute their propaganda but in our so-called
modern Britain those who believe in preserving marriage have fewer
rights than many political extremists.
"The manipulation of public opinion through the curtailing of free speech is exactly what we would expect from a fascist or Communist regime but it has no place in modern Britain."
Ann Widdecombe writes on how critics of gay marriage have been silenced.
It is ironic that she is arguing this in her weekly column in the million-selling Daily Express.

Gay Marriage: 'Bloated Bureaucrats In Brussels To Blame' UKIP
'I bumped into the gay rights campaigner Peter Tatchell a few days ago.
“Why now?” I asked. Smiling, he told me that it was because he had a
case going to the European Court of Human Rights. Of course, stupid me,
why didn’t I think of that? There just had to be a European angle.
'I went off and found it, on Peter’s EqualLove website. My legal advice on his case was this. “The case is well-argued and, knowing the politicisation of the ECHR and its general drift, it is almost definitely going to win...
'It has been with the court since last year. The fact that Cameron has suddenly taken up this cause, which has not really been on the horizon at all, suggests that the case is heading towards an imminent hearing and his legal advice is the same as mine.'
Nigel Farage, UKIP leader, writing in the Daily Express.
UKIP are opposed to gay marriage, natch.
Both Pink News and Pink Paper have recently given these "Brownshirts In Blazers" space to put their shitty case.

Daily Telegraph: Always A Bridesmaid
Things have come to a pretty pass when even the Telegraph's lead cartoonist is mocking them.
Today's insane leader column; "Proposals to impose a “mansion tax” on high-value properties, to withdraw child benefit from higher-rate tax payers, and to legislate for gay marriage have a unifying theme. They all risk undermining the traditional family."
Oh do fuck off.
There seems to be a play-off over gay marriage between The Times (pro) and The Telegraph (anti).
Both papers are trying to chase a younger, metropolitan readership, so why the Telegraph is alienating them with Colonel Blimp crap like this is quite baffling.
If you must read the latter paper, please write in and let them know you think they're wrong.
Update: Former Express editor, Peter Hill, comes out for gay marriage. Blimey!
Shame he blows it all with the last lines;
"And perhaps if gays are given the same rights as everyone else they will stop moaning and get on with real life.
"It will be a glad day when people no longer think it necessary to bleat about their precious sexuality."
BAHH!

Ann Widdecombe: She Never Married
You can almost hear Ann Widdecombe's brain creaking into action in her column in The Daily
Express.
Today Ms Widdecombe is sharing her quarter-baked thoughts on gay marriage - yes, again.
She argues that Lynne Featherstone, the Equalities Minister, is trying to set up a false dichotomy, suggesting that the only folk opposed to gay marriage are those of a religious persuasion.
"I know gays who oppose this measure – as does Christopher Biggins – and one can hardly call them homophobic."
Well, thankfully there are plenty of other things one can call Christopher Biggins.
Undaunted by logic, she goes on; "People who never go inside a church from one year to the next oppose it. Some of those who spoke out in favour of civil partnerships oppose it. Writers on Left-wing newspapers oppose it."
Yes, ok, some do, but for entirely different reasons to you.
And are they opposed to the concept of gay-straight equality, as so clearly are you?
Time for some insanely over-the-top hyperbole, methinks.
"So as this is the most fundamental change to society in centuries..." - that line is so funny you may enjoy reading it again - "let David Cameron ask the people what they want. If he insists on pushing ahead then I challenge him to hold a referendum."
Apart from the fact we'd win, there's a slight flaw in your plan, Ann.
One of the main points of parliamentary democracy is to protect minorities from the tyranny of the majority.
And to protect the rights of people like me from nasty old bigots like you.
