Fagburn: Bulgarians

Some say the word "bugger" may be a corruption of "Bulgarian".
For they were thought to be evil heretics, and thus a little bit partial to the bum.
Though trying to find the origin of words and phrases can be a "wild goose chase".
We may never know where they came from and why they caught on.
Fagburn say; let my people come!
