Not much gay-shaped news is being reported in the paper's today, so here is a heartwarming story from The Sun that's DEFINITELY NOT GAY; 'Let's Cheer It For The Boys'.
"The Middleton Estate in south Leeds is the last place you would expect to find Europe's only troupe of cheerleading boys.
"With its graffiti and boarded-up houses, high crime and low employment, it is a no-go zone for many after dark. But tucked away down an unlit backstreet, the dilapidated William Gascoigne youth centre is a magnet for boys carrying bright pink pom-poms.
"Make no mistake, this is a tough bunch of lads..."
I should ruddy hope so, too!
Nine year-old Harvey Pratt tells The Sun; "I start fights at school because everybody picks on me for cheerleading. They call me 'gay-o' and 'woofter'. But I carry on because I love it. It makes me feel happy. I think Billy Elliot's life is like mine, I just need my story to have an ending like his."
Bless.
