Danish Election: Gripping News!

"The daughter-in-law of Lord Kinnock was forced to deny that her husband was homosexual yesterday as she faced a torrid end to her campaign to become prime minister of Denmark.
"Helle Thorning-Schmidt, leader of the Left-wing Social Democrats, maintained a narrow lead in the polls going into today’s Danish general election after she described as “grotesque” rumours that she had separated from Stephen Kinnock, her husband of 15 years, and that he was gay.
"But there were claims last night that the “curse of the Kinnocks” had struck, with fears that Miss Thorning-Schmidt would snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, much like her father-in-law did in Britain in the 1992 election..."

The Daily Telegraph.
This "Curse of the Kinnocks" story made the Telegraph's front page today.
I wonder if readers have noticed any other coverage of the Danish elections in the British press?
Ever.

Update: She won.
