PS I think the almost unbelievably crap maths here is that engineering is said - said! - to contribute £280 billion to the UK economy, and that as about 4-6% of people in the UK are said to be gay so... £11 billion is lost to HOMOPHOBIA!

Oh, but it is still sort of lovely--indeed, amazing, adorable and awsome--in a kind of way. I mean, 30-40-50 years ago it would have been, "Evil men could be causing the nation's ball bearings to implode." 'Tis a nice change when you grew up under that.
