Thanks to our footyball correspondent Callum.
Callum writes; "They're big players, not no-marks like hysen. alexander kokorin is the cute twinky one, pavel mavaev the other.
"also play for rival clubs, Dinamo Moscow and CSKA Moscow respectively. kokorin is pretty much the biggest prospect in Russia."
Thanks Callum.

PS Kokorin? *sniggers*

  1. In case anyone doesn't have Google Translate, the original Russian translates as:

Two Russian footballer playing in the leading clubs of the Russian championship angered many football fans in Russia after a series of very explicit photos. Now, many believe that the 24-year-old midfielder Pavel Mamaev of CSKA Moscow, and 21-year-old striker Moscow "Dynamo" Alexander Kokorin are a nontraditional sexual orientation.

    1. Thank you.
I do hope the phrase "a nontraditional sexual orientation" catches on.

  2. I have to say, I've studied these photos with vigorous attention to detail and I'm not entirely convinced that they prove they are gay or, rather, prove they are in a relationship of "nontraditional sexual orientation".
At first, I thought they were obviously gay, but the one photo that seems to suggest this most of all is the one in the bath; but in some ways that's the least intimate photo of all. The expression on Kokorin's face and his pose (hands) suggest a sort of playfulness that, if they weren't nekkid in a bath together, really would seem like two male friends messing around.
Ironically, to me, the most intimate photo of all - and the one that suggests an actual intimate relationship - is the one next to the car with Mavaev's arms wrapped tightly around Kokorin's waist.

I hope they are gay, 'cause they're both gorgeous (I actually prefer the non-twinky dude).
I've seen a lot of people suggesting this is common amongst straight dudes in Russia, but the translation above poses the question, if this is the case why are Russian football fans angered by it.

The other obvious thing that suggest the gay is just the amount of photos of them like this and that they chose to post them. The only other explanation I can think of for that is that, if they are from rival teams, then maybe this is just a defiant attempt to show their friendship, which might be frowned upon by their respective fans because they are rivals. That might also explain their "anger".

    I'm going with gay, though.
    Beautiful, either way. :)

    1. Some Russian footballers are doing the gaying.
      Get over it!

    2. Also, who took the bathtub pic?
If it was as intimate as it suggests, why was there someone else there?
Unless they are engaging in the filthy practice of orgy-making that I hear is quite common with these non-traditional types. >:(

  3. Callum, when (if?) you finally wake up what is the word on the footyball internets about who took these photos?

    1. The one you posted is in a pool, there's another one with presumably the same pool behind them - both of those appear to have been taken by them with an iphone or whatever.

The two interesting ones are, as I said, the bathtub pic and the one next to the car or the humvey or whatever the fuck that is.
Both of those were taken by someone else.
Also of note, is that both the bathtub pic and the one of Kokorin kissing Mavaev were taken at different times because Kokorin has much longer hair in both and in the bathtub photo Mavaev (if that is him behind) has hair that's cropped much shorter...
