#SoBrave Watch: Pony

A straight man applauded the bravery of a gay man who walked straight up to him and handed over his number, and the texts have gone viral.

Chad, from the US, posted the exchange on Imgur after he texted the man called Shane to let him know he had a girlfriend but what he did was 'really brave'.

The messages have been seen on the image-sharing site more than 350,000 times with many sharing Chad's opinion of the man's bravery...

Daily Mail.

The gay media have been wetting their overpriced underpants over this sentimental hokum for the last few days, but it's always interesting to note the sort of happy-clappy crappy gay stories that excite both them and the Daily Mail.

Apparently the straight dude's reply was 'awesome' (Attitude), 'perfect' (Gay Star News), and 'brilliant' (Pink News).

Sorry!!?

Fagburn has learnt that the main 'talent' you need to be a gay journalist is to be incredibly easily pleased, but what am I missing here?

  1. How patronising is Chad? The correct response is: "Thank you, I'm flattered, but I'm straight", not "So brave". Thousands of people give others their contact details every day. How else would there be 7 billion of us on the planet.

    PS "Keep it up". ?!?!?!?!
