    Treated like shit by all the Lib-Dems weeping and wailing over his death, just because he liked a pint and a ciggie. Never would have agreed with him politically (SDP kept her in power in the 80s) but always thought he was decent, honest, human sort. Opposed the war in Iraq, when many Labourites didn't. Sad loss.
