He’s been named Attitude’s Sexiest Man, don’t ya know?!
And now 19-year-old Tom has opened up about his gay fan base and said how much he appreciates their support.
"It's cool, any support I appreciate.
"Everyone's been so supportive. [The Attitude voters] are the people cheering me on during the Olympics, these are the people that give me extra motivation during training. I really appreciate it."
So we’ve all seen the impressive bod that got him the Attitude title, but how does Tom feel about living up to his heartthrob status?
"I don't really feel any pressure because I'm training five hours a day, but you do feel like you're being constantly watched and looked at."
We’re afraid that’s because you are, Tom…
Heat.
Adorable.
I was worried young Mr Daley thought all gay men were scum and are going to burn in hell.
Though I wonder if any viewers can think of another gay-related question Heat* could have asked?
PS Heat have illustrated this with a rare photo of our Tom wearing clothes - I thought that was Gilbert & George on his t-shirt at first. Bit disappointed it's not.
* Edit: Heat lifted the quotes from Digital Spy.
EXCITING UPDATE KLAXON: "Olympic diving star Tom Daley is swapping backflips for backpacks as he heads around the world for a
new TV series.
"The bronze medallist is to head off for an adventure with his best friend Sophie Lee for the series in which he takes a whistle-stop tour of various tourist destinations.
"During the ITV2 series he will visit countries such as Thailand, Japan, Australia, Morocco and New Zealand during six weeks of travelling...." reports The Independent.
ITV director of digital channels Angela Jain said: "Tom's career as a diver has captivated the nation. We hope this show will give people the chance to see the teenager behind the trunks as he enjoys his global backpacking adventure."
Who doesn't want a chance to see behind our Tom's trunks?
