Revolutionaries: Gay For Che

We will never know the degree of historical truth there is in the bestseller Chez Che – a fascinating expose of the secret gay adventures of the famous Bolivian revolutionary in the San Francisco of the 1980s. Or whether he died in Cuba alongside his comrade Elvis Presley as some surviving webfiles declared. For better or for worse in these post-digital days of tentative peace and reconstruction, history itself has become a fiction...

No, dear, the book does not actually exist.
Ewan is satirising the future of publishing.

PS Love the way the artist thinks throwing pink lipstick on an image signifies homosexuality.

That was another one of those idiotic Putin pictures doing the rounds last week - one you posted with the Hitler rainbow moustache; and another of him in make-up.
What the fuck is that supposed to signify? Let alone what purpose such an image is supposed to serve.
I think Tatchell does a lot of that on his placards; ie. Mugabe in make-up and so on.
Maybe I'm not getting it, but it seems like such an idiotic and pointless exercise that signifies nothing.
