The future of President Putin looked in doubt last night after Tilda Swinton took out a crappy rainbow flag in Red Square, got someone to take a picture, and then posted it online.
"It's a protest about homophobia and that by backwards foreign people," a PR representative said.
"She did it to show she cares."
Tilda Swinton was unable to comment herself after being struck down with the mystery illness, showbiz-falsemodestyitis.
Some are already saying this could be the most decisive moment in Russian history since the storming of the Winter Palace.
Or maybe Stalingrad.
The Hollywood star was seemingly unaware that she was posing outside St Basil's Church - a church, and not actually a symbol of Russian political power, like the Kremlin would have been.
This self-serving act of absolutely no interest to anyone in Russia, combined with yet another press release from Peter Tatchell, may spell the end of Putin's evil regime, leading commentators commented.

One day I hope to alienate everyone...
DeleteThat day has long gone
DeleteNow if Tom Daley were to do that...
ReplyDeleteImagine that!
DeleteTom in his trunks, waving a rainbow flag in Red Square!!!
I'm getting proud just thinking about it.
He'd bring the homophobes in the Kremlin to their knees...
DeleteWhy don't you keep your crappy thoughts to yourself?
ReplyDeleteBecause they're usually spot on, extremely funny and piss the right people off?
DeleteSpot on? Does Peter Tatchell really deserve the amount of flak he gets on this site?
DeleteTo be fair to Tilda she has shown support long before it was fashionable.
