ILGA: A Map Of The World

The International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (ILGA) has just published the 2011 version of their map, Lesbian And Gay Rights In The World.
Download it fullsize here.
It colours the world according to those countries where gay sex is illegal, and those that allow same-sex unions and/or have anti-discrimination laws - which leaves half the population of the world; in China, India, Russia and the USA etc etc, in a grey limbo.
They are all also nuclear states, incidentally.
I hope someone tries to work this correlation into a thesis.
The accompanying report, State-Sponsored Homophobia, will be published on May 15th.
