Polls: In The Pink
The increasingly piss poor Pink Paper has a go at The Sun today for conducting a YouGov poll asking "Should gay people be cabinet ministers?"
"Now, users of micro-blogging site Twitter have reacted furiously - claiming the question is inherently homophobic," in a story lifted as per usual for the Pink from Media Guardian and adding nothing.
"One person described it as 'appalling'."
Blimey.
Is it homophobic?
Kinda.
The Sun often is - but isn't this just another daft poll asking a provocative question?
A bit like The Pink Paper's poll last week asking its readers"Is Stonewall still needed?"
