Whilst flicking through the last issue of Private Eye before putting it in the recycling pile, I notice that on page 10 they published this photograph of a young David Laws apropos of nothing much.
Was Lord Gnome hinting that he knew Laws was about to be outed?
I don't think it was done knowingly - or surely they would have captioned it to point out that David Laws has his hand on the other young man's rod?
