I think it may have been done by a pavement artist at Dublin's equivalent of Leicester Square.
If it's not immediately clear, it allegedly shows Miss Panti Bliss and the Taoiseach Enda Kelly.
Mr Kelly is attending New York's St Patrick's Day Parade - despite its policy of not allowing LGBT organisations to march under their own banners.
Miss Bliss definitely isn't.
PS Gay groups aren't 'technically' banned', they err... just can't be out.
But journalists saying there's a 'gay ban' or that 'gay people are banned' isn't really true or helpful.
