    Why not just have a word at the time ? Everyone gets this, its called human interaction.

    "Are you staring at my pint ?"

    I wondered to myself if this sort of pint staring was indicative of the attitudes nowadays that perhaps pints WANT to be stared at, or perhaps don't, depending, and if only pints had mouths or newspaper columns with which to express this :(
