Marr said this in 2006, but it was good of the Telegraph to bring it up today.
• For the record on Superinjunctions, like many people Fagburn feels rather conflicted by the competing freedom of the press and freedom from the press. Superinjunctions seem only to be used by the super rich - but Fagburn can think of many tabloid intrusions into gay mens' lives - most callously reports they have HIV/Aids - that I wish could have been stopped from appearing in the papers...
