The BBC is not 'under fire'.
The Daily Mail has just been indulging in its favourite sport - bashing the BBC - and has made-up a story by phoning two rent-a-quote Tory MPs to get them to say how OUTRAGED! they are.
Surely that should be the angle in the gay news media?
If you're too thick to see that - and you can't defend someone who's being attacked by the right for being pro-gay - then you shouldn't be writing for the gay media.
