Brighton Pride: Tumbleweed Connection

As predicted the idiotic decision to make this year's Brighton Pride a paid-for event has been a complete disaster.
After being on sale for eight weeks they've sold 9,000 tickets.
Sales have already trickled away to fuck-all - only 1,000 tickets were sold in the last month.
That leaves "a whopping" 41,000 tickets unsold.

Brighton & Hove Community Pride: Free For All

There is now a Facebook page so people can share info about inclusive, accessible, political, fun and FREE events planned as alternatives to the "official" Brighton Pride pay-for-all fiasco.
The main event is the Free Pride Party taking over our beach, between the Palace Pier and the Bushes on Saturday August 13th.
