An old school sleazy tabloid sting - the sort of thing they used to do to queers.
And a nice mix of old and new angles/obsessions; "naughty vicar" "fat cat banker" "drugs shame".
Why can't people - whoever they are and whatever their backstory - be sovereign of their own mind and body?
Shame.
PS The line about buying drugs "to get young men off their heads for sex" isn't by Flowers but comes from something said by a younger man he met on Grindr, who filmed him and shopped him to The Mail On Sunday, presumably out of the goodness of his heart.
