'Full disclosure: Gay Star News is a media partner of London Pride but is committed to reporting on the event impartially.'
Tris Reid-Smith, Gay Star News.
Shamelessly biased reporting from the shamelessly pro-capitalist GSN.
PS And a survey of people who went tells us nothing about how most gay people feel, you goon.
PPS And Pride In London have launched an online 'consultation' on exclusion from the parade etc. Woo!
Presumably you can ask if a gay Tory like Michael Salter should be excluded from running it.
Fagburn's doesn't like banning things, but there's far more hate-filled bigots in the Conservative Party than Ukip, surely?

Pride In London: Is This Man A Prat?
| IT'S HYPOCRACY!!! |
Speaking to London Live, Mr Salter said the decision had been “difficult” because “Pride is an inclusive event, and all of us on the board also believe in free speech.”
Pride in London said earlier this month that they would not be allowing UKIP to march, saying “This decision has been made after careful consultation in order to protect participants and ensure the event passes off safely and in the right spirit, it has not been made on a political basis.”
Mr Salter went on: “We have a paramount duty to the protection and welfare of our volunteers.
“Pride cannot take place unless we have 6 to 700 volunteers who are happy to turn up, who feel capable in the roles that they’ve been trained to do. If the stewards are a little bit nervous about the reaction to any group in the parade and they start not turning up then it actually puts into jeopardy the bigger picture of Pride itself.”
“Personally I found it very difficult at times in this process to see the level of outrage, anger and hypocrisy in part from members of the LGBT community.
"But when you’ve got people who are threatening to do sit in and disrupt the parade, to turn up with all sorts of unmentionable revolting things to chuck at another group, people ho are threatening intimidation and violence – I don’t look at this and think, “well what’s going to happen to the UKIP group”...
LOL!
Michael Salter is a senior adviser to David Cameron,
Fagburn believes all Tories should be banned from Pride.

The Pink List 100: Michael Salter - The Gay Ghost
In with a bullet at number 8 in the Sindy's Pink List 100 is Michael Salter.
Who?
He's "Broadcast adviser to PM", silly.
That's him on the left - it ain't easy finding photos of Mr Salter.
"The PM's adviser on gay issues also heads the Conservatives' broadcast operation. He once asked the media to stop calling Conservatives "Tories". He told Stonewall's recruitment guide: "I'm valued for who I am and what I do; my sexuality has never been an issue.""
Really?
I think Salter's sexuality might have been an issue when they were considering who to appoint as the "PM's adviser on gay issues", don't you?
Incidentally that quote lifted from Starting Out, Stonewall's Recruitment Guide may be Salter's only public comment on his sexuality.
Fagburn suspects that it was Salter who was in charge of the damage limitation exercise following the shitstorm over Chris Grayling's comments about gay couples being barred from B&Bs during the election campaign.
I'm also certain that wanting to get on the good side of a man with much influence on the Prime Minister might have been an issue when The Sindy were considering where to put you in this list.
It means you can get David Cameron to write things for The Independent On Sunday, like the accompanying article by him; 'A celebration – and a challenge for us all. The Prime Minister salutes our Pink List, and says that, 10 years since its inception, it still has a vital role to play.'
It's pleasant-smelling guff, mentioning then running away from an endorsement of gay marriage - the easiest thing the government could do to prove how gay-friendly they are.
But if you like vacuous platitudes, you'll love it; "This is a country where people can be proud of who they are – and quite right too."
It's certainly something to think about.
It's well known in media circles that Prime Minister's very, very rarely write newspaper articles that bear their name.
Fagburn will stick his neck out and guess that this one was actually written by the PM's adviser on gay issues, Michael Salter.
