Ed Koch: 1924-2013

Lots of right-wing gayers (Kramer, Sullivan et al) and the usual apolitical buffoons are pretending to be angry about Ed Koch not coming out - in the 70s when no US politician was out. *
There are lots of things to hate about Ed Koch - a pro-Zionist, anti-liberal, and Republican in all but name - but this is rather spectacularly missing the point.
