You might ask how many calls they take a day, and how much they receive in funding.
They claim they take 1,500 calls a month, - which sounds highly improbable - and they cost each call at £4.
Eh?
PS The trunks are sadly unworn.
Update: They're changing their name!
For reference, my company has a small incoming call centre to take bookings, has less than 7 staff and takes usually 8/9000 calls per month so 1500, although likely inflated is definitely in the realms of possiblity.
