Torchwood: Unpleasant Bumming

“I’m not gay but I’ll let you feel me up if you go and get me a vodka…” Captain Jack purred to an air steward, ­delivering a line that was neither flirtatious nor dangerous but actually unpleasant.

    It would still be an unpleasant line if Captain Jack had said it but I did wonder how he can say "I;m not gay but..."

    It's definitely unpleasant. Did Russell T. Davies write that, I wonder.
